Syria Now: Celebrating Syria’s Victory and Freedom

On December 27, 2024, we gathered to commemorate a historic milestone in Syria's journey: the victory and freedom achieved after 14 years of resilience and struggle. The event, held in Tokyo, brought together over 115 participants from diverse backgrounds, including representatives from Japanese and Islamic organizations, community leaders, and friends of Syria.

The evening was a blend of joy, gratitude, and unity, reflecting the shared hope for a brighter future for Syria and its people. The program featured inspiring keynote speeches, a mini charity bazaar, and cultural activities such as Arabic calligraphy, henna art, and traditional songs.

Highlights included the heartfelt story of a Syrian teacher who, despite immense challenges, continues to advocate for justice and freedom. The event was a testament to the power of community, solidarity, and unwavering belief in a free Syria.

For those who couldn’t join us, we’ve prepared a recap video capturing the spirit of this memorable night. Watch the video below and relive the moments of hope, resilience, and celebration.

Thank you to everyone who supported and celebrated with us. Let’s continue working together to support Syrian orphans and rebuild a brighter future for Syria.
